Paul's commercial and strategic judgment is sought by organisations such as JPMorgan, UBS, Rio Tinto, News Limited, Brambles, Royal Bank of Scotland, Societe General, Healthscope, CSL, Westpac, Lend Lease, BAE Systems and Du Pont.
By planning strategic responses to disputes, Paul develops innovative approaches to resolution, some of which have ultimately led to developments in the law. As well as identifying and resolving the complex legal and business issues, he anticipates media interest and advises on both positive and adverse publicity impacting his clients' reputations.
